ORDERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(Based on the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan)

This Ordering Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the legal framework governing the placement, processing, fulfillment, and cancellation of orders on pdlworld-shop.com. By placing an order through pdlworld-shop.com, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Policy forms an integral part of the Policy of pdlworld-shop.com and shall be binding upon all Customers utilizing the services provided.

1.2. The pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any modifications shall take effect from the date of publication on the pdlworld-shop.com.

2. ORDER PLACEMENT

2.1. Orders may only be placed through pdlworld-shop.com following the designated procedure outlined by pdlworld-shop.com. The Customer must carefully complete all necessary fields, ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, the Customer’s full name, contact details (including email and phone number), billing and shipping addresses, payment method, and any other information required to process the order. pdlworld-shop.com may, at its discretion, require additional information or verification to complete the order placement process.

2.2. By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected goods, subject to the terms of this Policy, pdlworld-shop.com’s Policy, terms of Order and the terms of Sale. The offer will remain valid for a limited period during which pdlworld-shop.com will assess and verify the details of the order. This offer constitutes a contract proposal between the Customer and pdlworld-shop.com, and the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms once the order is accepted by pdlworld-shop.com.

2.3. The pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed by the Customer, even if the order has been confirmed by pdlworld-shop.com. The pdlworld-shop.com may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud: If there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, including misuse of payment methods, identity theft, or violation of any applicable laws.

Incorrect pricing or product description: In the event of errors in the listed price or description of the goods, whether caused by technical issues, human error, or system failures.

Unavailability of goods: If the goods selected by the Customer are out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable. In such cases, pdlworld-shop.com may offer alternative products or issue a refund as appropriate.

Non-compliance with Pdlworld-shop.com policies: If the order does not comply with the pdlworld-shop.com’s termsUse, Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable local or international regulations.

2.4 Payment verification failure: If there are issues with the Customer's payment method, such as insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, or failure to authorize payment the following may be applied.

2.4.1 Notification of Failure:

In the event of a payment verification failure, the customer shall be notified immediately via email or other communication method. The notification will include the reason for the failure and instructions on how to resolve the issue.

2.4.2 Resolution Timeframe:

The Customer shall have two (2) business days to resolve the payment verification failure. If the issue is not resolved within this timeframe, the order may be canceled, and any reserved items will be released.

2.4.3 Alternative Payment Methods:

If a payment verification failure occurs, the customer may choose an alternative payment method. The customer must notify pdlworld-shop.com of the chosen alternative method within two (2) business days.

2.4.4. Record Keeping:

Both parties agree to maintain accurate records of all payment transactions and verification attempts. These records shall be made available for review in the event of a dispute.

2.4.5 Liability:

The pdlworld-shop.com shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from a payment verification failure, provided that the pdlworld-shop.com has followed all reasonable procedures to verify the payment.

2.5 In the event that an order is refused or cancelled, pdlworld-shop.com will promptly notify the Customer via email or other appropriate communication channels. If the Customer’s payment has been processed prior to the cancellation, a full refund will be issued in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy.

2.6. The pdlworld-shop.com also reserves the right to verify the Customer’s identity and payment details during the order review process, in order to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the transaction. Failure to provide accurate and verifiable information may result in a delay or cancellation of the order.

2.7. The pdlworld-shop.com shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by the Customer as a result of order cancellations, payment verification, payment refusals, or delays, provided that such actions are taken in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE

3.1. Upon successful submission of an order, the Customer shall receive an electronic confirmation via email or other designated communication channel. This confirmation shall include key details of the order, such as the order number, product description, quantity, price, payment status, and estimated delivery timeframe.

3.2. The issuance of an order confirmation does not constitute pdlworld-shop.com’s acceptance of the order for processing. All orders remain subject to verification and approval by pdlworld-shop.com.

The pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Verify product availability and stock levels before accepting an order;

• Review and validate payment authorization before processing the order;

• Cancel or modify the order in cases of pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with the pdlworld-shop.com’s policies.

• Request additional information from the Customer to confirm the order’s legitimacy if necessary.

3.3. In the event that an order is modified or canceled by the pdlworld-shop.com, the Customer shall be notified via email or another designated communication method. If payment has already been processed, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. All prices displayed on pdlworld-shop.com are in AZN and may or may not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, or other charges, depending on the specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase. The price of a Product and delivery costs displayed on pdlworld-shop.com and confirmed in your order confirmation will normally be honoured.

Payment by credit or debit card or other method is immediately due and payable at the time you place your order.

The pdlworld-shop.com will clearly indicate whether the listed price includes or excludes value-added tax (VAT), sales tax, or any other applicable governmental levies. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the final price of the order may include additional charges such as shipping, local delivery or handling fees, which will be calculated and displayed before the final payment is made.

4.1.1 Alternative Currency Considerations

Other currencies may be selected on pdlworld-shop.com for price comparison purposes. Other currencies prices are exchanged from the AZN base currency item price utilising external data provided by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

4.1.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, when applicable, will be billed at the rates indicated on pdlworld-shop.com on the date you place your order, calculated in accordance with the size of the order and the delivery method you select. You will be advised of the delivery charges applicable to your order during the checkout process and before you place your order.

4.2. The Customer shall make full payment for the order in AZN at the time of order placement through the available payment methods provided by pdlworld-shop.com, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, electronic wallets, or other payment systems specified by pdlworld-shop.com. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and valid payment information at the time of order placement. Payment shall be deemed successfully made when pdlworld-shop.com receives confirmation of payment authorization from the payment provider. If payment is not authorized, the order will not be processed, and the Customer will be notified of the payment failure.

4.3. The pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur due to technical glitches, human error, or other factors. In the event that a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, the pdlworld-shop.com shall notify the Customer of the discrepancy. The pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right to either:

• Honor the corrected price and proceed with the order, or

• Cancel the order entirely, if the price discrepancy is significant, and provide a full refund to the Customer in accordance with the Refund and Returns Policy

The Customer agrees to accept such corrections or cancellations and waives any claims against pdlworld-shop.com in relation to pricing errors.

4.4. In the event of suspected fraudulent activity or issues related to payment processing, pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse the order until such issues are resolved. The pdlworld-shop.com may request additional information from the Customer, such as proof of identity or payment verification, before processing the order further.

4.5. The pdlworld-shop.com is not liable for any delays or failures in processing payment due to errors or failures on the part of the payment service provider, the Customer's bank, or other third-party payment systems.

4.6. Any payments made by the Customer that are subsequently reversed, disputed, or subject to chargeback may result in the cancellation of the order, and pdlworld-shop.com may take legal action to recover the payment owed.

4.7 Payment Verification

The pdlworld-shop.com will employ various methods to authenticate secure payments from our customers, these may include:

4.7.1 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Payments may require customers to provide two forms of identification before completing a transaction.

4.7.2 Address Verification System (AVS): AVS checks the billing address provided by the customer against the address on file with the credit or debit card issuer. This helps to prevent fraudulent transactions.

4.7.3 Card Verification Value (CVV): Customers will be required to enter the CVV code from their credit or debit card to authenticate transactions.

4.7.4 Fraud Detection Tools: The pdlworld-shop.com has the right to utilise advanced fraud detection tools and algorithms to identify suspicious activities. These tools analyze transaction patterns, IP addresses, and other data points help us to flag potential fraud.

5. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY ORDER

5.1. The processing of orders shall commence only upon the successful receipt of full payment from the Customer. In case of significant delays beyond the stated timeframe, pdlworld-shop.com will notify the Customer promptly.

5.2. The delivery of goods will be carried out in accordance with the shipping terms and conditions provided on pdlworld-shop.com, which may include options for standard, expedited, or other forms of delivery as outlined at the time of checkout. The pdlworld-shop.com will communicate the estimated delivery time to the Customer at the time of order placement, based on the availability of items, the selected shipping method and the Customer’s delivery location. The Customer agrees that any delivery time provided is an estimate and that delays may occur due to various factors, including, but not limited to, third-party carrier issues, customs clearance, operational or logistical constraints.

5.3. The pdlworld-shop.com shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or non-performance of delivery resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Force Majeure Events: Such as natural disasters, fires, floods, pandemics, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, or government-imposed restrictions that impede the normal course of business or delivery operations.

Third-Party Carrier Delays: Including delays caused by shipping carriers, postal services, or other third-party delivery providers, which may affect the estimated delivery time.

Customs or Import Delays: In cases where goods are subject to customs inspection or import/export regulations, which may lead to unexpected delays.

Other Circumstances Beyond Control: Including but not limited to unforeseen operational or logistical issues that prevent the timely delivery of goods.

5.4. In the event of significant delivery delays, pdlworld-shop.com will make reasonable efforts to inform the Customer of the delays and may offer alternative solutions, including but not limited to rescheduling delivery or offering a partial refund or discount, depending on the situation. However, pdlworld-shop.com shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconvenience caused by such delays.

5.5. The Customer agrees to provide accurate delivery address and contact information at the time of order placement. The pdlworld-shop.com shall not be liable for any delays, errors, or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address or contact information provided by the Customer.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

6.1. The Customer may request the cancellation or modification of an order within [48 hours] from the time of order placement, provided that the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Requests for cancellations or modifications must be submitted to pdlworld-shop.com’s customer service department in writing, via email, or through the designated order management system. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation or modification of the order may not be possible.

6.2. The pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion, at any time prior to shipment, under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment or Payment Verification Failure: If the payment is not successfully processed, authorized, or verified, pdlworld-shop.com has the right to cancel the order and will notify the customer of the order cancellation.

• Unavailability of Goods: If the ordered goods are no longer in stock, are discontinued, or otherwise unavailable due to supply chain issues, the pdlworld-shop.com may cancel the order, in which case the Customer will be promptly notified.

• Errors in Product Description or Pricing: If there is an error in the pricing, description, or availability of the product, whether due to technical issues, human error, or any other reason, the pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the pdlworld-shop.com will notify the Customer and may offer an alternative product or issue a refund.

• Violation of Pdlworld-shop.com Policies: If the order is deemed to violate any applicable policy of pdlworld-shop.com, including fraudulent activities or non-compliance with legal obligations, pdlworld-shop.com may cancel the order without further notice.

6.3. In the event that an order is canceled by the pdlworld-shop.com under any of the circumstances outlined in Section 6.2, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid in accordance with the pdlworld-shop.com's Refund & Return Policy. Accordingly, if payment has been successfully processed but the order is subsequently canceled by pdlworld-shop.com, the Customer will receive a refund in the original form of payment within 30 working days, unless stated otherwise.

The pdlworld-shop.com is not liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages incurred by the Customer as a result of such cancellations.

6.4. The Customer acknowledges that the pdlworld-shop.com’s right to cancel an order as outlined above supersedes any previous confirmation of the order and the Customer shall not make any claims in this regard in the future.

7. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

7.1. Returns and refunds shall be governed by the terms set forth in the Refund & Return Policy.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

The pdlworld-shop.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the return, exchange, or refund process. In no event shall the pdlworld-shop.com's liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product(s) in question. This limitation of liability applies except where prohibited by applicable law
