REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
(Based on the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan)
This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Pdlworld-shop.com. By purchasing products from the Pdlworld-shop.com, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined below. Pdlworld-shop.com is committed to ensuring Customer satisfaction and provides a fair and transparent process for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. RETURN POLICY
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
The Customer may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• Original Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. The product must not have been used, or damaged in any way by the Customer.
• Product Integrity: The product must not be altered, damaged, or tampered with by the Customer. Any alterations, such as resizing, cleaning, or repackaging, will render the return invalid.
• Non-returnable Items: Certain products may be non-returnable under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
o Personalized or customized products
o Opened or used items that cannot be resold due to safety reasons
o Goods specified by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Proof of Purchase: The Customer must provide proof of purchase (such as the order number, invoice, or receipt) to initiate the return process. The return will only be processed if the Customer can prove that the product was purchased through the Pdlworld-shop.com.
1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, the Customer must contact the Pdlworld-shop.com’s customer service team at [email protected] or through the designated online return portal within the allowed return period. The Customer will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product and must obtain prior approval from Pdlworld-shop.com’s customer service team before shipping the return. Returns sent without prior authorization or that do not comply with the return conditions may not be accepted.
All returns must be shipped using the method specified by Pdlworld-shop.com. The Pdlworld-shop.com may provide the Customer with a return label or additional instructions. If the product was received as part of a promotional offer or free shipping, the Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Upon receipt of the returned product, Pdlworld-shop.com will inspect the item for damage, tampering, or use beyond what is necessary for testing. Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above will be rejected for return, and the Customer will be notified of the rejection
.1.3 Return Shipping Costs
• Customer Responsibility: The Customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning the purchased items unless one of the following conditions applies:
o The product is defective
o The product was damaged upon receipt,
o The product is not as described or differs significantly from what was ordered.
• Pdlworld-shop.com Responsibility: In the case of a defective product, damage during shipping, or incorrect product being sent, Pdlworld-shop.com will offer to replace the item or provide a refund .
• Non-refundable Shipping Costs: If the return is not due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect product, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and the Customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees
• Return Delivery Method: The Pdlworld-shop.com recommends that the Customer uses a reliable courier with tracking capabilities for the return. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the return package is securely packed and includes all necessary return documentation.
2. REFUND POLICY
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available if the Customer meets the following conditions:
• The product is returned in accordance with the conditions outlined in clause 1.
• The product is found to be defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The Customer has provided proof of purchase.
2.2 Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Pdlworld-shop.com will process the refund within 30 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.3 Refund Amount
The refunded amount will include the full purchase price of the product(s) minus any delivery, shipping or handling charges, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the Pdlworld-shop.com (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
• If the product was purchased with a discount, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid by the Customer.
• Any taxes, duties, or other charges paid by the Customer may be refunded in accordance with applicable tax laws.
2.4 Partial Refunds
If the product has been used or damaged by the Customer, the Pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right to issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the returned item. Pdlworld-shop.com may deduct an amount to account for any decrease in the product's value.
2.5 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
• Products that are not returned in their original, packaging in an unused condition
• Customized or personalized products.
• Goods specified by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
3.1 Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received in damaged or defective condition, the Customer must contact Pdlworld-shop.com within three business days following delivery to report the issue. The Customer must provide photographic evidence and a description of the damage or defect before the Pdlworld-shop.com agrees to any return of the purchased items
The Customer must notify Pdlworld-shop.com within the applicable warranty period (if such warranty applies) of any defects covered by the warranty terms and subject to the applicable warranty
3.2 Refund or Replacement
Pdlworld-shop.com will assess the damage or defect and, depending on the circumstances, will offer either:
• A full refund for the damaged or defective product,
• A replacement of the damaged or defective product, or
• A partial refund if the product can still be used but shows signs of damage
3.3 Return Shipping for Damaged or Defective Products
In cases of defective or damaged products, the Pdlworld-shop.com will cover the cost of return delivery, and the Customer will not be held responsible for the return delivery costs.
4. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
4.1 Order Cancellation
The Customer may cancel an order before it is processed by contacting Pdlworld-shop.com’s customer service team. Once the order is processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
4.2 Cancellation for Non-Payment or Unavailability
Pdlworld-shop.com reserves the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if the product is unavailable. In such cases, the Customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
5. EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
5.1 Exclusions
Pdlworld-shop.com may within the framework allowed by the legislation and taking into account the rights of consumers, at its sole discretion, refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in certain cases, including:
• If the product is not returned within the specified time frame.
• If the product has been altered, opened, or used beyond the extent necessary for inspection.
• If the Customer fails to follow the return instructions provided by the Pdlworld-shop.com.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
Pdlworld-shop.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the return, exchange, or refund process. In no event shall the Pdlworld-shop.com's liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product(s) in question.
